Happy New Year 2012

well we all must have made it thru the festivities of 2011 if we re here saying Happy New Year 2012: by we, I mean me and Georgie whom you havent met as of yet, but you will soon.  He is my little brother (adopted brother that is)  and hes kind of grown on me and now I like having him around.  We do have a lot of fun with our new Christmas present, the tent and tunnel toy.  I will post a picture and video of it on here soon and I highly recommend it for your feline household members.

 However, the best news for today is watch for my new website coming very soon in the next couple weeks.  I cant wait to share it with you.  My mother has to put it all together first and she is working hard on doing that.  She still hasnt put the Christmas decorations away yet so stay tuned.

I know by now you ve been out to the stores doing your christmas shopping for Nanny and Gammy and Pappy and Goofy   (oooops)  and everyone else on your list...but here is Smokys Personal Favorites all in one spot ...let me see how many I can list

1.  FRISKIES PARTY MIX (the best stuff on the planet)

2.  New TREAT CALLED CRISPIES (they re pretty good, kind of like human rice krispies..my 2nd choice

3.  A DOLLAR STORE TOY ..the one with the shiny strips of colored cellophane papers that dangle I
     LOVE THOSE THINGS..I WILL JUMP 4 FEET OFF THE GROUND FOR THIS TOY..then I go
     get a drink and take a NAP
     
4.  THE LASER LIGHT ...its a lot of exercise too so dont wear your kitty's out..limit playtime with this item
     some cats dont know when to quit..if they re panting...its time to stop for a while and let them rest up

5.  A HELIUM BALLOON...get them a Christmas one with the weighted bottom tied with ribbon and see
     how we ll entertain ourselves

6.  OF COURSE NEW COLLARS (dont forget the bell on mine right MOM?) the collars that pop apart
     when we get into some wrong places ..those are the best...I get into the wrong places a lot  ..again
     MOM KNOWS BEST!!

7.  INDOOR PLAY TENT AND TUNNEL COMBO...we love this and when you add the laser light or
     throw the helium balloon into the tunnel or get two cats chasing the light in and out of the tunnel
     we get exercise and you get cheap entertainment!!!  PRETTY COOL 
     P.S.SANTA found a pretty inexpensive one at TUESDAY MORNING  store for $15.00 made by 
     DISCOVERY kids..or  also try EBAY

8.  WINDOW SEAT...saved the best for last...aaaahhhhhh....every cat loves to look out the window, eat
     treats by the window,  take siestas by the window, get sun by the window, watch birds by the window,
     watch for  SANTA CLAUS by the window....you can see what mine looks like and find them online   
     or in pet stores....

9.   OF COURSE ALL THESE THINGS CAN BE GOOGLED

9.  CHRISTMAS IS 17 DAYS AWAY AND COUNTING.!!!

MORE UPS DELIVERIES WHATS THAT ALL ABOUT?

I spent most of my day just lounging around...thats what we do most of our time you know

as they say   LIFE IS GOOD

LIFE IS GOOD where I live...I get Party Mix treats when the first human wakes up and comes downstairs

I get more Party Mix treats before my Mom goes off to her job

I get Kit and Kaboodle all the time or whenever the bowls empty

I love to go outside and hangout on the porch or across the street..you know watch the "chicks" (BIRDS)
(thats a whole other Story....I have to wear this gigunda BELL around my collar ...my mom thinks I need it...Im not sure why she thinks that......
I still catch all kinds of "chicks"   (ie birds)

And after I do all that...Im ready for this....zzzzzzzzzzzzzz,zzzzzzzzzzzzz,zzzzzzzz

ok ...heres the scoop...TJ  does live here...she tolerates me but keeps her distance...shes pretty old so I dont bother with her much...she goes her way I go mine..that kind of thing keeps everybody happy...besides she hisses and growls at me....g-r-o-u-c-h-y   
oh well, I ve got more exploring to do.............

Here I am again on Day 1 at my new home ...they put this orange collar on me probably cause its close to Halloween or something...what do I know but Im cool with it...wasnt interested in that golf ball though..anyways im just sitting here observing for now and then I'll check the rest of the house out...like wheres the potty room?
